um How do you put pictures or photos in the journal part????

Do i just copy a picture and paste it on ? lol

You need a subscription in order to put anything other than text and deviantart user icons in your journal.

I'm pretty sure you DON'T need a subscription for dA user icons...
If I were you I would just ask Caitlin,
'Cause I'm pretty sure she doesn't have a subscription and she's got the icons in her journals.

Okay, you can't do pictures without a subscription,
But you CAN do icons without a subscription.
